The chef of the restaurant “Gallano Restaurant” located at our resort, will delight you with reinterpretations of the typical flavors of typical Umbrian cuisine, based on fresh seasonal produce originating in the surrounding area, dishes both national and international, always respecting seasonality, such as soft truffle egg or polenta crouton with stewed wild pork in an engaging journey into taste.
Care in the selection of raw materials is a obligation; starting from the products of norcineria, to the selection of meats, to the preparation of only handmade pasta and desserts of own production are guarantees of genuineness.
Great attention is also paid to the selection of wines; it is not possible to celebrate Umbrian cuisine separating it from the very great enological expressions of the territory.
