In the restaurant “Gallano Restaurant” we are welcomed by the refinement of linen tablecloths, the brightness of crystal glasses and white porcelain.
The soft colors, inspired by nature, invite us to enjoy the sober and refined elegance that denotes our restaurant in every detail.
All of the environment reassures us, everything welcomes us like a house that, for a few hours, is ours.

The staff members offer a polite, generous, never hurried service.
All the staff speak English to welcome both Italian and foreign guests.

The proposed cuisine is a typical Umbrian cuisine based on fresh seasonal products from the surrounding area, but with a wink to further taste dishes both national and international, but always respecting the season.

Care in the selection of raw materials is a must; starting from the products of norcineria, to the selection of the meats, to the preparation of only handmade pastas and sweets of own production are guarantees of genuineness.

Great attention is also paid to the selection of wines; it is not possible to celebrate the Umbrian cuisine, separating it from the great enological expressions of the territory.

Scientific training, with specialization in foreign languages. After the academic course I decided to make my passion, the local cuisine, a real job.
I accept a job in France where I move to Paris and Lyon for a year.
Upon returning to Italy I am experienced in a large hotel in the area where I learn the discipline and management of major events.
At the age of 23 I open the first restaurant “La Zucca Gialla” with very good feedback from the public, then I moved to Bevagna where I created the “Delizie del Borgo” that today has moved into the Castle of Gallano Resort.
Meanwhile, intertwining work relations in the United States both as a consultant and as a private chef, an activity that still persists and is constantly evolving by adding other stops to my tour, France and the Netherlands.
To garnish the whole, there is the preparation of menus for weddings, for catering for big events and cooking classes.
